Michael R. Stoltz - Shareholder
Michael R. Stoltz is a shareholder with the firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts with honors from Texas Tech University in 1973. Michael received his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law with honors in 1976, where he was a member of Law Review and served as Business Manager of the Law Review while writing articles for publication. While in law school, he was active in Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and coordinated the fraternity’s law school speakers series. Michael currently serves as President of the firm. His primary area of practice is oil and gas law, including title work and the review and preparation of oil and gas related contracts. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Oil, Gas and Energy Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Midland County Bar Association, the Permian Basin Petroleum Landmen’s Association and the American Association of Petroleum Landman.
