Pat Long Weaver
Shareholder
Pat Long Weaver is a shareholder
with the firm. She is a
trial lawyer, Board Certified with the
Texas Board of Legal Specialization and
Civil Trial Law since 1995. Her
experience includes representing
independent oil and gas companies,
Fortune 500 companies, units of local
government, small business owners and
charitable organizations in complex
business litigation, labor and
employment and personal injury defense.
She has served as both first chair and
as team manager taking
cases through trial and appeal. She
mediates employment disputes, business
claims, and personal injury matters. She
has been an attorney with Stubbeman,
McRae, Sealy, Laughlin and Browder, Inc,
of Midland, Texas, since 1985. |

for Human Resources personnel,
assisting with employment issues
including terminations and
reductions in force
